Holy Smoke BBQ is a family operated mobile vendor unit that caters/serves a variety of smoked meats, sides, and beverages. Mr. and Mrs. Slater share some of their charitable work with All Black Everything Magazine, "We do different community events, make charity donations, and a variety of other organized service events."

Holy Smoke BBQ offers rib tips/ribs, smoked chicken, brisket, turkey, ham, Philly cheesesteaks, turkey/brisket nachos, and so much more. Their array of sides include Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, and Baked Beans.

"EVERYTHING IS SMOKED! I grew up watching my grandfather and father barbecue meat. I used to help toss wood into the smoker. I love to barbecue and cook. This business started with me making platters for family events. I saved my money and stepped out on faith. The sky has been the limit ever since!"

The Slater family is dedicated to what they do. "We pride ourselves in Customer Service, and greet everyone the same. We have regulars every weekend, and make sure everyone is happy and full!"
